Trans* Awareness Days at UC Davis

In this mindfulness workshop, participants will have the opportunity to expand their understanding of stress. Participants will also experiment with mindful approaches to address life stressors and uncomfortable feelings related to navigating in a world of intersecting social oppressions. Through reflection, group dialogue, and gentle yoga and breathing practice, participants will have the opportunity to refresh and re-ground. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please dress comfortably.
